How do I create a bespoke gift / hamper?
Our prime ethos is to make every hamper completely personalised and unique for that special someone. Drop us an e-mail, informing us of the occasion, any specific themes and your budget. We will create a few ideas and make sure you are happy before completing the hamper. Also take a look through our core product list for inspiration.

Can I mix and match products?
Absolutely. We want all our hampers to be unique to you. So if you would like to try a different drink combo, or include a specific candle into your hamper, then all you need to do is contact us by e-mail and we will personalise anything.

How do I order personalised illustrations?
Simply add the style that you would like to the basket. And then drop us an e-mail with family names / colour / item selections

Where do you source your products and are they hand-made?
We work closely with local small businesses to bring unique and creative products to the centre of our hampers. Some of these are made to order so if you have a design in mind then we can see what can be done to include within the hamper. We also have some UK trade suppliers that we work closely with to source our range of products.

I am a local supplier, how can I work with Happy Days Drinks?
We are always looking for fresh and unique gift ideas so any sellers or brands that would be interested in working with us, we would love to chat so please give us a call or drop us a line.

How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery varies from £4.99 for regular gift sets which typically takes 2-4 days. We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce for delivery. If you need a quicker delivery then select the Express option for £6.99 with delivery in 1-2 days. To save on delivery, we can offer free local delivery to Basingstoke and surrounding areas

 

How will my items arrive in the post?

For gift sets, the items will arrive in a secure box with bubble wrap and fully packed ready to go. For hampers, we will either box or use clear packaging and courier service for safe delivery.


What payment do you accept?
You can pay for items in the basket using Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay or PayPal. For customised orders, we will provide you with a final price once we have agreed the contents of the hamper. Once you are happy to proceed, we can accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.

What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be satisfied with your product but we do have a 14 days return policy if we do not meet your expectations. For customised hampers, we will liaise with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy before we dispatch. If your gift set / hamper arrives damaged in any way, then contact us straight away and we will arrange for re-delivery.

How do you store my personal details?
Be assured that we will not sell any of your details to any third party organisations. We will only contact you with 'latest news' or 'promotions' should you sign up to our marketing list or provide your details to us at events. 

Do you have any shops?
We don't have a retail outlet yet, but you will find us at many local events in and around Hampshire. Just contact us if you would like to come and visit us at one of our events.

How do you promote 'responsible drinking'?
We take this very seriously. All of our alcohol products are only available to over 18's. All our staff are trained with the 'Challenge 25' policy and upon delivery, the driver will also adopt this approach.. We encourage you to know your limits and drink responsibly.
